WHAT SIZES DO THE CUSTOM UMBRELLAS COME IN?

MY CLIENT PLAYS A LOT OF GOLF. DO YOU THINK A GOLF UMBRELLA WOULD BE A GOOD PROMOTIONAL GIFT?
There is no such thing as a "golf umbrella". Generally, the term is used for umbrellas from 60 to 68 inches, with 68 inches being what professional golfers use. For your golfer clients, a large umbrella would be an extremely welcome promotional gift.
WHAT DOES UV-PROTECTED MEAN?
UV-protected means that the umbrella guards against harmful ultraviolet radiation from the sun. It’s a wonderful quality to have, and your clients will certainly appreciate it. WHAT IS PONGEE FABRIC?
Pongee is a thin tightly woven fabric from China. Originally made from silk, there are now also cotton, nylon, and polyester pongee fabrics. The tight weave makes the material extremely water-resistant.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM QUANTITY FOR A CUSTOM UMBRELLA ORDER?
The minimum quantity for custom umbrellas varies from 12 to 25, depending on the supplier. Contact us at 888-678-8801 if you need guidance.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING TIME?
The normal time is 5 to 10 days of production after approval of your proof, plus 1 to 4 days for shipping, depending upon where it’s going.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
The majority of our umbrellas have a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. If there ever is an issue with a customized umbrella, we will replace it with a new blank umbrella.
WHAT SHIPPERS DO YOU USE?
We ship with UPS or FedEx.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
We offer extremely competitive shipping rates. Rates are based on weight and location. We will estimate your shipping cost before you place your order.
DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL USA?
We ship anywhere in the U.S. and Canada.
DO YOU DO RUSH ORDERS FOR CUSTOM UMBRELLAS?
If we can’t meet your deadline, we won’t take the order. We have processed custom umbrella orders in 1 week, but you should budget 2 to 4 weeks if possible. We have over 15 years of experience in coordinating printed products and getting artwork processed and orders expedited at the plant. When you tell us your deadline, we will let you know upfront our best possible ship date.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS?
After choosing your umbrella, you send us your high-resolution vector artwork. Anything other than vector artwork will take extra time and possible expense. Within 24 to 48 hours we will return a proof for final approval. (No job will be printed without a proof.) Once we get approval, the job goes into production, which takes between 5 and 10 days. Your custom umbrellas will take 1 to 4 days to arrive, depending on where the order is shipping from and its destination.
